Pilates is a form of controlled exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasises the balanced development of the body, through core strength, flexibility, with an emphasis on correct breathing & alignment, and mental awareness in order to support efficient graceful movement.

The exercises also help develop a strong powerhouse.

 

The exercises use specialised equipment including reformer, cadillac, combo chair, balance corrector, and mat.

Our studio is located in Thalwil with easy access by public transport and there is client parking available.

Bookings can be made either by telephone or email.
