"I have been athletic my entire life, playing sports, working out at a traditional gym and utilizing the great outdoors. Never in my life have I found such an effective way of working out. It combines cardio and strength building all in one, but does not develop bulky muscles. After 3 classes the herniated disc I have in my back no longer bothered me and after about 2 weeks my flexibility had increased and after about a month others were noticing my body change, in a good way.
